With Toni Orme-Ward. Improve your flexibility, strengthen your core and learn to relax. Toni teaches Vinhasa Yoga for a fun and challenging class which complements the eActiv circuit. This 8 week course for Beginners starts on Mon 8th October at 7pm and Thursday 11th October at 11am. Intermediate classes start on Thursday 11th Oct at 8pm  Book now as space is limited. Open to Members and Non-Members. Just £99 and £119 respectively.


With Michelle Pound. This class also complements the resistance training that our circuit provides. Pilates improves body strength and tones and relieves muscle tension by working on posture, balance and control. This 8 week course for Beginners starts on Tuesday 30th October at 7.30pm and Wednesday 31st October at 11am. Book now as space is limited. Open to Members and Non-Members. Just £99 and £119 respectively.
